By accessing or using Vibrrr ("the Platform"), operated by Vibrrr Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Vibrrr is an online marketplace that connects buyers seeking custom software with independent developers (sellers) who build software using AI-assisted development tools. Vibrrr acts as an intermediary facilitating connections, payments, and dispute resolution, but does not employ sellers or guarantee project outcomes.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old. Sellers must complete the application process and be approved before offering services.
Buyers agree to: provide accurate project descriptions; pay agreed-upon amounts through the Platform's escrow system; review and respond to deliverables in a timely manner; not circumvent Platform payments by contracting directly with sellers found through Vibrrr; and treat sellers with respect and professionalism.
Sellers agree to: provide accurate information about their skills and experience; deliver work as described in accepted proposals; communicate promptly with buyers; not misrepresent work done by AI as entirely manual effort; maintain a professional standard of service; and comply with all applicable laws regarding freelance work and taxation.
All payments must be processed through the Platform. Buyer funds are held in escrow until milestones are approved. Vibrrr charges a 5% buyer service fee and a 15% seller commission. Refunds are subject to our dispute resolution process. Sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Upon full payment, buyers receive full ownership of all deliverables and code produced for their project, unless otherwise agreed. Sellers retain the right to use general skills, techniques, and non-proprietary components. AI-generated code is subject to the applicable AI provider's terms.
If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a dispute, either party may escalate to Vibrrr for mediation. Vibrrr will review project briefs, messages, and deliverables to make a fair determination. Vibrrr's decision on disputes is final for amounts under $1,000. Larger disputes may be subject to binding arbitration.
Users may not: use the Platform for illegal purposes; harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; submit fraudulent applications or misrepresent qualifications; attempt to circumvent Platform fees; scrape data or interfere with Platform operations; or create multiple accounts.
Vibrrr provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, or the quality of any seller's work. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to Vibrrr in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may close their account at any time, subject to completing any active projects and settling outstanding payments.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
